17 Steps to TOTAL Wellness

1. Exercise regularly, rest adequately and eat nutritionally!

2. Maintain blood pressure of 120/80, total cholesterol of less than 200, resting heart rate of 75, and body fat of 23-30% (females) or 16-25% males).

3. Avoid destructive habits like drinking alcohol in excess or using tobacco.

4. Guard against illness and harm: use a seat belt, avoid drinking and driving, protect yourself against STD's. A healthy body is the foundation of a healthy soul.
