Voluntary System of Accountability (VSA) Program

Frostburg State University, along with all other University System of Maryland (USM) institutions, is participating in the Voluntary System of Accountability (VSA) program. To date, over 320 institutions have joined the VSA project. An important goal of the VSA is to improve public understanding of how colleges and universities operate, and to affirm the significance of the many diverse missions of U.S. higher education.
