University Labs > 24 X 7 Computer Lab

The University maintains a 24 X 7 (after hours) computing lab. This lab provides students with 24 hour access to University-maintained computers.

Where is it?

The after hours lab is located in room 210 of the Ort Library. Library room 210 is directly accessible from the outside of the library by taking the outside steps on the west side (side nearest to Chesapeake Dining Hall) of the Library. Also the after hours lab is handicap accessible.

Safe and Secured - Using Your FSU Student ID to Get In

For the protection of the students, entrance to the after hours lab is secured.

• Student must swipe their FSU student ID to enter the lab.
  
  
• This after hours lab is monitored 24 hours a day, seven days a week by security cameras.
  
  
• An emergency phone is located in the lab for student use.
  

What computers & services are available in the lab?

The after hours lab features 10 PC and 2 Apple computers. Systems in this lab are configured to have the same software as the general University Labs plus specialized software related to specific departments.

Printing services are available in this lab. OAC provides toner, paper and maintenance.

There are no scanning services available in the after hours lab.
