The Assessment Planning For Institutional Effectiveness Task Force was created in Fall 2005 at Frostburg State University.

The Task Force charge is as follows:

The task force will inventory what is currently being done to assess our institutional effectiveness, including such materials as our required annual reports to the Department of Budget and Management (e.g., MFR) and to MHEC (e.g. productivity reports), as well as our institutional planning process. The final plan to be prepared by the committee should incorporate those processes that will be ongoing, as well as any that we should begin to implement this year. While assessment plans are in place at many other institutions there is no “perfect” model. We need to create what will work for FSU.
