Life in the Athletic Training Room
Students entering FSU's Athletic Training
Program are provided an intense, comprehensive clinical experience where
they are provided an opportunity to refine their knowledge and skills
in the many dimensions of sports medicine. Athletic injury prevention,
treatment, and rehabilitation skills are practiced under the watchful
eye of Certified Athletic Trainers. Critical problem solving skills are
developed as the student athletic trainers work one-on-one with athletes
from a variety of Varsity and Junior Varsity sports.

Former Program Director Jim Racchini fascinates his class with his interactive
teaching-style.

Doesn't Amanda look fascinated??

Students gain confidence in their clinical skills through detailed, hands-on
instruction as well as ample opportunities to practice during their clinical
experiences

"Yes sir, Mr. Wright! We're hard at work!!!!"

FSU's Athletic Training Students are started on their clinical experiences
as early as possible!
