Payment Plans

Frostburg State University has partnered with SallieMae to offer several payment plans through TuitionPay. All of the plans are interest-free, debt-free ways to spread tuition payments over a number of months.

Three plans are available:

• 10-month plan (July 1- April 1):
  The non-refundable enrollment fee for this plan is $75.
  
  
• 5-month plan (July 1 - Nov. 1 or Dec. 1 - April 1):
  Enrollment in the 5-month plan is geared for students who are enrolled for only one semester. The non-refundable enrollment fee for this plan is $75 per semester.
  
  
• 3-pay plan:
  Enrollment in the 3-pay plan is for one semester. The first payment is due upon enrollment in the payment plan. However, enrollment in the plan must be completed by December 16 to avoid late fees. The second payment is due February 28th and the third is due March 28 (dates are subject to change). The non-refundable enrollment fee for this plan is $60 per semester.
