Estimated Costs of Attending FSU

You must have sufficient money to cover all expenses for yourself and family members accompanying you ($4800 per dependent) while a student at Frostburg State University. All tuition, fees, room and board should be paid by the first day of classes, unless they are billed to a sponsoring government agency or foundation and we have a letter from the sponsor authorizing us to do so.

If you are on a Graduate Assistantship or International Fellowship you may arrange to have monthly payroll deductions to pay University fees, tuition, room and board. Graduate Assistants should not expect to receive any stipend until at least the end of the first month of classes. You must be prepared, therefore, to meet your necessary expenses for the first month.

Contact the CIE Office for cost information.
