Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) data cards voluntarily submitted by applicants for positions are maintained by the office and such data compiled, along with other significant recruitment/hiring data. For searches, the office annually charts and distributes to departments data on the number of searches, applicants, interviews and hires by race/ethnicity and gender. This information is a significant monitoring tool and helps faculty and staff to evaluate the effectiveness of the University's recruitment/ hiring processes and progress toward equal opportunity goals.
