In accordance with the University's long-standing Equal Opportunity Program, the Director of the Office of ADA/EEO Compliance is primarily responsible for assisting with and monitoring equal opportunity efforts in the recruitment and hiring of faculty as well as professional and support staff. The Director assists with and documents the University's efforts to achieve fair and inclusive searches. In these efforts, the Director works closely with department chairs/heads, search committees, as well as with the Office of Human Resources, deans, the Provost and vice presidents, as appropriate.
