Please see the 'My Accounts' tab in Blackboard for up-to-date account information. Additional features are available on the 'My Accounts' tab such as reporting your card lost/stolen.

Note: Users must login to blackboard using their FSU credentials, therefore parents are unable to view a student's balance.

Making Deposits: In-Person, By Phone, By Mail
You can make deposits to your Bobcat Express account any time during regular business hours in person, by mail using cash or check, at the Business Office (located in Pullen Hall), at the FSU Bookstore located in the Lane Center, or using cash at the Cash Management Center located in the Library. Deposits in cash can also be made by using load center machines in the Lane Center, Sub Connection and the Frederick Hall Mailroom.


ADDING FUNDS ONLINE:
Funds can be added to your account using the deposit feature within the 'My Accounts' tab in Blackboard. Additionally, deposits can be made online using the online payment option through the Bursar's Office. Note: The online payment option through the Bursar's Office is not immediate, use the deposits feature of the 'My Accounts' tab if you need immediate access to funds.
