Show your Frostburg State University spirit on the road! The official FSU logo license plates are only offered through the Office of Alumni Programs and FSU Alumni Association. Plates are available to Maryland residents only. An application must be completed and returned to the Office of Alumni Programs along with your check made payable to FSUF/Alumni Association in the amount of $25.00.
