" The Faculty Senate charges the [Faculty Concerns Committee and the] Ad Hoc Committee on Faculty Evaluation to modify the evaluation process in order to 1) decentralize the evaluation of teaching to the College or Department level and 2) separate the process of evaluation of tenure-track faculty from the evaluation of tenured faculty."
