Account managers who have security access in the financial system to view departmental account information now have the capability to print your 'Balances of Contract Information Report' when needed. This is the report by fiscal year that lists all contracts charged to an account with the posted actuals and remaining encumbrances to date.

The report can be accessed in SAPROD at the following address http://pshr.frostburg.edu . After signing into the system, please follow the directions (posted below) to run your report. If you experience any problems or have questions about the report, please contact Leslie Johnson at 687-4332.
