W-2 Information
Replacement/Duplicate W-2 Statement
Central Payroll Bureau in Annapolis, Maryland
prepares and distributes the W-2 statements for Frostburg State University
employees. W-2 statements are sent in the US mail in mid January. Our
payroll office does not keep official, duplicate W-2 statements. If you
have not received your W-2 statement by the end of January for the prior
calendar year or if you are in need of a duplicate copy, please visit
the Central
Payroll Bureau website to order a duplicate W-2. You will need a copy of your most
current pay stub in order to request a duplicate statement.
