The Frostburg State University Policy Statements booklet is published each year by the Division of Student and Educational Services. The booklet is prepared by the staff to inform you of important policies about sexual assault, substance abuse, campus security, and the University Standards of Personal and Group Conduct, which includes the judicial system.
