Small Business Reserve Program (SBR)

The State of Maryland Small Business Reserve Program was developed to assist small businesses compete with larger, more established companies. University employees are encouraged to utilize these minority, small, and disadvantaged vendors when making purchases with the FSU Purchasing Card or when selecting recommended vendors for purchase orders.
