Financial Aid Planning for the financing of higher education includes an expectation that the basic source of funds is from a student and parents’ income and assets. However, the University administers federal, state, and institutional funds to provide monetary assistance to eligible students, who without aid may not be able to attend or remain in college. If you would like to be considered for financial aid and have not completed the necessary paperwork, an application may be obtained on line at www.fafsa.ed.gov . Frostburg State University also offers payment plans. Additional information and a brochure regarding these plans may be obtained from our University Billing Office at (301) 687-4321. If you have any questions or concerns about the financial aid process, please contact the Financial Aid Office at (301) 687-4301, Monday through Friday 8:00am-4:30pm.
