Summer Planning Conference

Frostburg State University asks that every incoming freshman and transfer students with fewer than 13 credit hours complete the Academic Advisor Information Form.

We prepare a file of information so that your advisor may work in advance to better serve you at Summer Planning Conference. Therefore, it is essential for students to complete the form.

This form will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. All information is required and will be shared with your academic advisor.
