University Calendars - Who May Submit an Event

Anyone can request an event to be posted if they are a member of or the event is sponsored by, hosted by, or in collaboration with a campus unit, college, department, or student organization.

The event should generally be University-wide in its scope. It may be limited to only one constituency group (i.e. students, staff, parents, alumni, etc.); however, it should be an event of possible general interest to a University-wide population of the group. Events may be listed that appeal to either internal or external audiences, or both.

The calendar manager for the requested calendar heading will determine if the event request meets these guidelines.
