All classes are held in Cordts PE Center Room 168.

American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification Class

$75 - with FSU student ID
$150 - Everyone else
$50 - Recertification

Participants must have strong swimming skills and be able to successfully complete the following during the first pool meeting: 300 yd. continuous swim; 10 minutes of treading; 10 - 25 yd. sprints; all of the following in sequence - 20 yd. swim, feet first surface dive, brick retrieval from 12 ft, swim back to side, and then exit water.

Payment deadline for those NOT REGISTERED ACADEMICALLY is Monday, October 3. Checks must be made payable to FSU and sent with registration form to Activities for Life.
