Academic Year

Throughout the Academic Year the RMSC staff maintains contact with students. The RMSC offers academic assistance. We monitor academic performance and provide study materials and course recommendations to students. The RMSC offers assistance with college preparation. We assist with college, financial aid and scholarship applications. We provide financial assistance with fee waivers for SAT and ACT exams and college application fee waivers. Students are also eligible to earn a stipend for each RMSC quarter for meeting program requirements. The RMSC offers educational and cultural field trips. These trips include college visits and trips to historical landmarks, theaters, museums and more. The RMSC stays in touch with students throughout the Academic Year to make sure students are doing all they need to do in order to meet their goals and to see if the program can offer any assistance.
