You must have a property owner account to add your property listings to the Off Campus Housing list.

Signing up for a a property owner account signifies agreement with the following items.

1. As owner of the properties submitted to the Off Campus Housing list, I agree to make it available with regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, disability, age or veterans military status.
2. As owner of the properties submitted to the Off Campus Housing list, I affirm that I am in, and will remain in, compliance with State Fire Codes and local codes and ordinances regarding rental properties.
3. In the interest of health and safety of my tenants I will provide a direct contact phone number of myself, or my agent, twenty four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, to respond to property concerns.
4. In the interest of public safety and welfare I will, as landlord, actively support law enforcement and university efforts to address alcohol, drug, littering and excessive noise violations involving my properties and tenants.
