Comments:  Students welcome. Preferred staff, GA, or grad students. Please call for separate rates. The cleanest rental house you will find. Just minutes in walking distance to FSU. The entire house was painted last summer. The kitchen has dishwasher and has new frid, stove, hood, microwave, dryer are all new.Beautiful hardwood floors throughout the entire house, A large locked shed and big backyard which is great. Does include trash service and yard maintenance. We do have large parking lot with a security light.Every room has internet/cable connectivity. BTW, it is totally furnished! and a double lot.
