Comments:  I am searching for a roommate to rent the second large bedroom in my home. I am a 25 year old female finishing up my degrees at FSU. There is a washer dryer, unfinished basement (where there is a second unfinished bathroom)1 full bath, natural gas, hardwood floors throughout, a sun porch on the main floor, a brand new deck on the bottom floor, fireplace, on and off street parking, nice yard, picture windows that look down over the town and much much more. I currently have Dish network for televesion and verion DSL for internet. I am currently asking $400 a month and half of utilities but am open to negotiation. I also have 2 small dogs a bichon frise and a maltese, so I am very flexible if you have pets. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
