Comments:  I am searching for a roommate at this property as my current roommate is graduating this semester. The house is very nice with hardwood throughout, washer and dryer in the basement, full kitchen, 2 balconies that over look the city, DSL, Dish Network TV, newly remodeled, along with many other amenities. I am also open to pets as I have 2 small dogs. I am a 25 year old female that will be graduating in spring but will most likely be staying up here to finish grad school. I am asking $400 a month plus splitting of utilities, I am open to negotiation, however. please contact me with questions and more details.
