Comments:  About the place: It is walking distance to campus (8 blocks) and in a quiet neighborhood. The house is semi-furnished with basics such as an oven, fridge,microwave, living room chair, washer, dryer, dresser, twin bed. It has a pellet stove fireplace and small baseboard heaters. There is a small yard and parking is off street. *I will allow small pets such as fish, guinea pigs, birds etc but not cats or dogs. Ask if you have any questions with this. *The listing is currently by month but I would also be open to a by semester basis. *Rent would be $450/month plus utilities. Utilities consist of gas and electric. Any additional services such as internet and cable would also be paid by you. I would cover water, sewage, trash and all taxes. *I would require a $450 security deposit (first month); if you pay your rent and there are no damages to the property, you will get it back at the end of tenacy. *The house would be ready by the end of august. Rent would not be charged until september.
