Cumberland, MD 21502 is a great, artist-friendly small livable town. Share the kitchen, 2 full baths, Washer/Dryer, Storage in attic, full basement. Back yard has a neglected garden and flowers, back porch, swing and air chair. Great place to hang out and watch the birds. Dog and 2 cats in house are very friendly, but no more dogs, please. Two rooms are available: 1) Furnished room (see photo) $350 month includes wi-fi, advanced cable TV, ceiling fan/AC, use of art studio (photo) 2) 2 Furnished rooms with 2 closets. Share with 2 women housemates (one vegetarian, but willing to share kitchen with meat eaters who are kind), one hardly there as I have returned in school in PA.
