Welcome to Frostburg State University's Learning Assistance Programs On-Line, a component of Programs for Academic Support and Studies (PASS). The Learning Assistance Programs are devoted to student success in college. With LAP, Frostburg students can gain access to a great variety of services. Some of the services we offer include assistance with papers, peer and group tutoring, placement testing, and help with study skills and techniques.

The LAP staff is eager and waiting to help you, either on-line or in person. Everyone is encouraged to come by and visit us during office hours. The LAP On-line provides you with a wealth of information about most of our services. It is always expanding, so check back often.
