who enter Frostburg State University by providing them with an assortment

The Learning Assistance Programs (LAP) offered
by PASS attempt to accomplish this by helping students develop pre-college

metacognitive processes, including problem resolution and learning-to-learn
skills.
Disability Support Services (DSS) strives to
facilitate more equal academic opportunities and enhance functional
learning for students with disabilities by providing services such as

with documented disabilities.
Student Support Services (SSS), which is funded
by the U.S. Department of Education, is a comprehensive support program
for low-income/first-generation college students and students with disabilities.
