Assessing Peak Performance Period

1. Are you lethargic in the morning until you have been up for an hour or so?

2. Did you try to schedule your classes this semester after 10 AM so you could sleep later?

4. Have you tended to pull all-nighters in the past?

8. Are you one of those rare college students who loves 8 AM classes?

Scoring

If you answered yes to questions 1 through 4, or to most of them, you are a NIGHT person.  If you answered yes to questions 5 through 8, or to most of them, you are a MORNING person.  Being a morning person does not mean that you can never get anything done at night, and vice versa.
