Its distinctive and distinguished programs will contribute to the reputation of Frostburg State University as the premier educational and cultural center for the region and for serving as a catalyst for economic development. The college’s efforts in undergraduate research and experiential learning will achieve national recognition for providing “real life” experiences for students and for serving as a national model for regional engagement.
