Seek resource enhancement from both internal and external sources within a framework of responsible resource management.
2. Continue to develop and implement unit student recruitment and retention plans.
3. Develop and implement an assessment program to facilitate an environment of continuing improvement.
4. Develop new programs to respond to emerging needs and to workforce shortage areas in Maryland.
5. Facilitate efforts to enhance regional engagement.
   
6. Link unit strategic planning and program review process to resource allocation.
