Collaboration with Allegany College of Maryland,
the Allegany Board County Economic Development Department, Garrett
Community College, and Hagerstown Community College to provide individual
counseling and workshops to owners of small business in Maryland's
four westernmost counties.

An IRS-sponsored program providing free help to community
members in preparing federal and state tax returns.

A comprehensive and innovative program that significantly enhances the
current Entrepreneurship/ Small Business program at Frostburg State
University by involving students, faculty, alumni, entrepreneurs, and
investors.
