Combined Bachelors of Science in Accounting / Master of Business Administration

The combined B.S./MBA program enables eligable students to complete FSU's B.S. in Accounting and MBA programs with 150 hours of academic credit (versus 156 credit hours if the degrees are pursued independently). This 150 credit hour program is designed to satisfy all requirements for CPA exam candidacy in Maryland.

Upon completing all requirements for the bacclaureate degree in accounting, students complete the following MBA courses (30 hours):

Admission and Eligibility Requirements

The program is open to students who meet the following eligibllity requirements:

  • Declared accounting major at FSU, or FSU accounting graduate.


  • Have a minimual score of 400 on the GMAT taken prior to the time of application.


  • Have a cummulative GPA of 2.5 or better at the time of application.


  • Approval of application for admission to the 150 hour program and submission prior to the start of MBA classes.

Students must apply in the second semester of their junior year by February 15 / September 15. Application for the program is available from the Accounting Department.
