What is the default username format?

Username: First Initial , middle initial, last name, followed by zero (Ex. Joseph M. Smoe would be jmsmoe0)

Faculty/Staff

Username: First Initial , middle initial, last name
(Ex. Joseph M. Smoe would be jmsmoe)
