Please remember our after-hours help desk will be available beyond our regular walk-in service hours. Our after-hours agents will primarily handle calls regarding Blackboard, Account issues, and Emergency outages. Other requests will be referred to and handled by a FSU IT staff member during regular business hours.

The FSU IT Help Desk assists users with various technical problems, however users are strongly encouraged to use the Self Help Portal before contacting the Help Desk.

Submit a New Help Desk Ticket or Log in to the Online Help Desk >

Create a new support case (ticket). View previous tickets, account information, etc. An FSU username and password is required. Otherwise, you must call the IT Help Desk.
