About University Web Operations
Frostburg State University (FSU) encourages the free exchange of ideas to help create a vibrant intellectual community. Therefore, connecting ideas with people is an important function of the University's web site and is a principal reason for its development. While different pages on the FSU web site may have different messages and audiences, they all have a similar purpose: to communicate information about FSU.
The University's web site is comprised of both official and unofficial web pages. Official University pages communicate only approved University information, ensuring that all official FSU information published electronically is visually appealing and well-written and that it follows the same high standards as other forms of published information.
Unofficial pages (i.e., personal pages) express the views and opinions of their authors and have not been reviewed or approved by Frostburg State University.
