Required Pages of Administrative Office & Academic Department Web Sites

Web sites of academic departments and administrative offices at the University must include a core set of pages which provide basic information about the unit.

For academic departments, the following pages are required.

• Page with standard contact information like department location, mailing address, telephone numbers and e-mail address.
• Page listing department faculty and staff.
• Page listing and linking to official catalog requirements for department-affiliated courses of study. Web page managers can obtain the web address for official catalog requirements for each course of study from the online Course of Study Quick Index or from the FSU Webmaster.
• Page listing or linking to list of department-affiliated courses with official course descriptions. The FSU Webmaster will update official course descriptions with each revision of the University catalog.

For administrative offices, the following pages are required.

• Page with standard contact information like office location, mailing address, telephone numbers and e-mail address.
• Page listing office staff.
• Page providing information about the mission of the office.
