Requesting a Publishing Account & Space on the FSU Web
These instructions apply to units requesting web space for official web pages
as well as faculty and staff requesting web space for personal pages.
- Complete an FSU Web Publisher
Agreement form
The online version of the form is in PDF Format. Contact
the Help Desk to request a printed copy of the form (x7777).
- Return the completed form to the FSU Webmaster at:

You will receive an e-mail message when your account has been created
and web space assigned. Follow the instructions in the e-mail for publishing
