Individual Counseling

The social and emotional issues that occur in everyone's life can generate questions and conflicts. Concerns about adjusting to college, interpersonal relationships, anxiety, sexual issues, grades, loneliness, depression, and family conflicts are some of the many difficulties that students may encounter.

Counselors provide an opportunity to examine and discuss issues freely and confidentially. This frequently involves gaining new or different insights, changing behaviors, or increasing understanding of yourself and others.
