Community Writing Workshops

The Frostburg State University Center for Creative Writing will offer special workshops throughout the year designed to teach craft and technique in a variety of genres. We would like to offer local writer's to the opportunity to develop and hone their skills.

Veteran's Workshop - Facilitated by Local Veteran and Writer, Clint Garner. The workshop is a mixed-genre creative writing workshop will be open to veterans, and veterans ONLY! The workshop is free, and will require no text or supply purchases on your part.

Local Playwriting Workshop - Facilitated by award winning playwright and local writer, Ty DeMartino. The workshop is open to both novice and established playwrights who want to learn more about the craft and art of writing for the stage.
