This year's Spooky Story contest was a success as eight participants from Frostburg State University and the local community submitted their work to be judged by FSU's noted Science Fiction writer Andy Duncan. Submissions were judged on originality, style, imagination and scariness. The winner of this year's contest, David O'Neal, a student from FSU, was awarded $50 cash. Read the winning story here.
