Travel and Lodgings - Lodging arrangements will be made through the registration process. Each attendee is responsible for his/her own travel arrangements. Follow the link for more information.
Registration Form - Please submit one form per delegate or advisor. Please register by September 27, 2013. After you complete your registration, you will be directed to the payment processing site, where you can pay the registration fee of $75 electronically by check or by credit card.
Travel Reimbursement Form (PDF) - Complete the linked form for each voting delegate and have the delegate bring it to the convention with copies of travel receipts. Alternatively, the form and receipt copuies can be mailed to Dr. George Fisher (mailing address is on the form).
Evergreen Heritage Center - The field trip for the 45th Biennial Convention will be a tour of the Evergreen Heritage Center. The Evergreen Heritage Center is an historic 130 acre estate that has been converted into a center for education and conservation.
