Mr. Black recently retired from full-time employment with Berkeley County Schools in West Virginia. He has over 36 years of experience in education. This includes 9 years of full-time employment at the University level, as an Instructor and Assistant Professor at The University of Akron, The University of South Dakota, and Murray State University. He has taught Communication courses similar to Introduction to Human Communication, as an adjunct Instructor for the past 14 years at Shepherd University and the past 2 years as an adjunct Instructor at Hagerstown Community College. He also substitute teaches part-time for Berkeley County Schools in West Virginia.
