Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood/Education (EC/ELEM)
The Early Childhood /Elementary program supplies the third and fourth years of study. Students transfer into Frostburg State University at the University System of Maryland at Hagerstown with the first two years of study completed at either the community college level or from another four-year institution. This dual degree program leads to initial certification in Grade PreK through Grade 6 and contains extensive field work in Professional Development School settings. The program is recognized by NAEYC (2013) and is NCATE accredited (2007).
