Secondary Education ProgramsThe Educational Professions Department offers approved teacher education programs leading to eligibility for certification in Secondary Education (biology, business education, chemistry, English, foreign languages - French and Spanish, earth science, mathematics, physics, social studies), for grades 7-12 as well as middle school depending on subject area. Candidates major in academic content areas; they cannot major or minor in education. All candidates must complete application for each phase of the program.
