What is Geography?
Geography is the study of the relationships between humans and the environment
and the spatial patterns of physical, economics, and cultural phenomena.
Why Take Geography at Frostburg State University?
- To become more aware of the elements of the physical
environment, such as landforms, rock structure, weather, and climate.
- To better understand how diverse physical and human
processes interact to produce particular regional landscapes, cultural
diversity and economic activity.

methods for analyzing and displaying spatial data.

geographic information systems, computer mapping, map construction,
