Faculty and academic departments can use the form below to alert the Ort Library about new, curriculum-related books and other resources that they would like the library to acquire. This form is for the use of Frostburg State University faculty, staff, and librarians only.

Students or members of the community can request materials by leaving suggestions at the main Circulation Desk of the Library, contacting the Acquisitions Department at (301) 687-4890, or by e-mail at libref@frostburg.edu.

Please fill in as much information as possible about the item you wish to order for quicker processing in our system. Items marked with an asterisk must be filled in, or the order WILL NOT TRANSMIT
