Multi-Camera Producer |

Oversee multi-camera productions including but not limited to: Frostburg City Council and Student Government Association meetings monthly; Sports productions like Basketball and panel discussions. Assist with/do post-production sessions of the previously mentioned events. Make sure that no content violates any copyright laws and any other FCC regulations. |
1) Have had minimum MCOM 212, 311 classes. Any other tv production skills is a plus.
2) Working knowledge of television terminology and Multi-camera production skills is a must.
3) Editing skills is must
4) Time management skills and good communication skills is a must
5) Be willing to take 3 credit directed study credit for this position.

Editors |

To edit of single camera projects. I.E. Capture and edit single camera events taped on the FSU Campus such as Live at the Lofts, speakers, and choral and music concerts. Student(s) will develop of openings for the previously mentioned events with graphic editing software on the Mac. Make sure that no content violates any copyright laws and any other FCC regulations. |

Graphic Designer |

Create graphically designed messages for local non-profit groups for the message board about activities etc… Create posters, fliers and other promotional material for promoting FSU-TV3 and the MCOM department. |
1) Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop. Knowledge of Microsoft Publisher and Illustrator a plus.
2) Able to work with PC for designing a must. Mac knowledge a plus.
3) Time management and good communication skills are a must.
4) Be willing to do a directed study for 1-3 credit hours.

Assistant Program Director |

Assist in the creation of the program schedule for FSU-TV3. Assist in researching and developing an acquisition schedule for new programming for FSU-TV3. Contact person for scheduling/drop off of programs to air on the channel from other production classes such as FSU This Week etc… |
1) Be very reliable and dependable.
2) Be very good at organizing and time management a must.
3) Willing to learn Leightronix scheduling management software to develop programming schedule.
4) Be willing to do a directed study for 1-3 credit hours.

Promotions Editor |

Creating of promotional materials for FSU-TV3 such as openings for productions such as sporting events, promotional videos for the department and FSU-TV3; Creating bumpers for programming and editing of promotions into current content in the cable channel. |
1) Basic editing skills with Final Cut Pro. Knowledge of Live type or Motion a plus. Non-linear editing skills a plus.
2) Willing to learn the previously mention programs and editing a must.
3) Time management and good communication skills a must.
4) Be willing to do a directed study for 1-3 credit hours.
