Welcome to the Department of Management, home of our undergraduate and graduate degrees in Business Administration.

Our undergraduate business administration program (BBA) allows students to concentrate in general management, human resource management, small business and entrepreneurship, marketing, and finance.

Our graduate business administration program (MBA) offers a traditional MBA program as well as joint MBA/Nursing Management and MBA/Accounting degrees.

Students find several attributes of the Frostburg State business programs especially well suited to their needs: class sizes allowing more teacher student interaction, faculty who are also advisors, and opportunities to get to know their fellow students as more than just classmates as they progress through their academic career.
